This blue and white hair bow features a glittery sea star in the center of the bow. It is made of grosgrain ribbon and measures approximately 5.5 inch across. The bow can be mounted on an alligator clip with teeth, an alligator clip without teeth or a barrette.
All ribbon has been heat sealed to prevent fraying.
