Shipping Policies
We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail at no charge to our customers.

If your order needs expedited shipping please message me - appropriate expedited shipping charges will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days with the exception of custom orders

Due to the nature of custom orders and custom quantities it may take up to 5-6 business days to ship. If you are placing a custom order we will work with you to get your items to you by the date you need them.

Payments
We accept credit cards, Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, Etsy Credits. As a shop we never receive your credit card information. You can shop rest assured that your credit card information is kept secure through Etsy.

Privacy
Buyer information received through our shop is used solely for the purposes of mailing your purchased items to you. You will not receive any unsolicited messages from our shop.

Additional Notes
Some of our bows contain small parts that may be a choking hazard. Please supervise children at all times while wearing the Hair Bows. LUKDesignsBoutique cannot be held accountable for any injuries.
